RETURN POLICY

Due to the limited-run nature of our collections, Kahanii the Label offers store credit only for approved returns. Each piece is produced in small quantities, and we encourage thoughtful purchasing prior to checkout.
Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags fully intact. Garments showing signs of wear, scent, makeup, deodorant, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue and may be applied sitewide toward future purchases. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Kahanii the Label is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Original packaging, including boxes and tissue, does not need to be returned in pristine condition. However, if tags are missing or damaged, Kahanii the Label reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct value from the issued store credit.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are permitted once per order, subject to availability. Exchanges must meet the same condition requirements outlined above. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
