PRE-ORDER NOTICE (April 18 – May 2) Please note that all orders placed between April 18 and May 1 are considered pre-orders. These orders will begin processing and shipping in the order they were received starting May 2, 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Fulfillment All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada. Following our official launch on May 2, each order is carefully packed and dispatched within one to two (1–2) business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Tracking & Transit Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to become active after dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Canada: 2–7 business days

• United States: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier processing, customs clearance, or peak periods.

Duties & Global Shipping International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, Kahanii the Label is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. We are happy to assist with supporting documentation to help you initiate a claim with the provider.

Incorrect Addresses If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, reshipping costs must be paid prior to re-dispatch.
